The Mousa Sons story spans more than 30 years of building ready-mix concrete batching plants in Egypt. Since 1991, the company has manufactured, supplied and installed concrete plants and equipment from its base in Shebin El Qanater, Qalyubia, completing more than 100 projects for more than 50 clients across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure work in Egypt, as well as projects abroad. The Mousa Sons Story: 1991 to Today
The company began in 1991, as Egypt's ready-mix sector was shifting from on-site mixing to production in dedicated plants. As construction and major projects expanded over the following decades, Mousa Sons grew into a full-service partner covering plant design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, spare parts and operator training.
- 1991: the company is founded with its first fabrication workshop in Shebin El Qanater.
- 1998–2004: cement silos, screens and stockpiling conveyors for companies such as Decom, Petrojet, Premix and Lafarge.
- 2006: a new, fully equipped factory for fabrication, cutting and welding increases production capacity.
- 2008: exports begin to Libya and the Gulf, and two complete plants are supplied to the Djelfa cement plant in Algeria.
- 2014: work on national projects including Mostakbal City, El Dabaa, Galala and El Melez Airport.
- 2014–2024: 120 m³/h plants for ready-mix producers, from Nasr City and Assiut to New Alamein and the Japanese university in Borg El Arab.
Today its project list stretches from City Stars in Nasr City to New Alamein Towers, from Ain Sokhna to Toshka, and from Egypt to Oman and Algeria.
